This holiday season, we shared pies with our neighbors as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude and appreciation - and just this week delivered holiday gift baskets to our partners throughout the community. By delivering these treats, we hoped to brighten their day and offer thanks for the warm welcome we've received in Medina County.

Moments like these help foster genuine connections and strengthen the bonds that make our community special. We look forward to continuing these traditions and building even stronger relationships in the years to come!

Our engagement with the Lytle Chamber of Commerce this month was especially meaningful, as we had the privilege of working with a dynamic leadership team made up of remarkable women. Their dedication and vision for the community inspired thoughtful conversations about economic development and local opportunities.

We look forward to building lasting partnerships and supporting their ongoing efforts to strengthen Lytle and the surrounding region. 

Rowan’s meeting wutg the Medina County Rotary Club provided a wonderful opportunity to share updates on the Cinco Data Center project and listen to the community’s thoughts and questions. We presented our vision for a facility that brings economic growth while remaining mindful of the local environment and way of life. 

The discussion was engaging, with Rotary Club members offering valuable insights and expressing interest in how the project might benefit the region. We appreciate their hospitality and look forward to continued collaboration as the project moves forward.

Rowan was very proud to be the title sponsor of the Hometown Heroes BBQ Cook Off, a special event dedicated to honoring the brave first responders of Medina County. This gathering brought together community members to show appreciation for local firefighters, law enforcement, and emergency personnel who work tirelessly to keep us safe. Rowan is grateful for the opportunity to support those who serve our community every day – and to enjoy some famous Texas BBQ! 

On August 12, the Rowan team had the pleasure of supporting the Lytle ISD Convocation, joining teachers, staff, and community members to celebrate the start of a new school year.

We were excited to meet the educators shaping Lytle’s future and share how the Cinco Data Center project will bring jobs and investment to the community.

Thank you to Superintendent Dr. Dustin Breithaup, the Lytle ISD leadership team, and everyone who welcomed us so warmly.

On March 3, we hosted more than 230 neighbors for a Community Open House in partnership with Lytle High School.

Our team appreciated all the questions and feedback on the Cinco Data Center project.
